ClinicSmart is a healthcare management system for patient data, designed to support doctors in managing users' diagnostic and clinical data. Developed in collaboration with specialists in the field and operating on sensitive data, ClinicSmart guarantees high standards of security.

Operator authentication, through the entry of personal credentials and specification of the relevant department, ensures access to the software is restricted to authorized users only.

Once identification is complete, specific functionalities are activated based on the user's role. Upon opening the program, the first required action is to search for a patient using their personal and demographic data (last name, first name, date of birth, and C.R.A.). If the search returns multiple records matching the selected criteria, the healthcare management software facilitates the process with a dialog box where the correct record can be selected or new data can be entered.

 

When the patient’s record is loaded, the system performs the following operations:

• Integration with a Web Service to update the patient’s demographic data in ClinicSmart with validated information from the Health Service.

• Modification of button appearance in the upper section to indicate which sections contain data related to the current patient. The appearance of the buttons allows users to immediately identify whether the entered data pertains to the current department, other departments, both the current and other departments, or if no data is available.

The demographic section allows the management of patient data, as well as medical and paramedical staff details. The interface also includes a validation feature for the tax identification number.

A statistics module that collects data from report templates (e.g., searches by date range, department, ISTAT codes for procedures and pathologies, etc.)

Form Cancellation: A feature designed for templates requiring sequential numbering (e.g., surgery logs). The form is not deleted but simply canceled to avoid unused sequential numbers in the table, while maintaining a trace of actions performed in compliance with privacy laws

A feature to transfer data mistakenly associated with one patient to another.
