HyperQUEUE

IIOT service that exposes the MQTT protocol natively

Hyper QUEUE is the IIOT (Industrial Internet Of Things)  service that natively exposes the MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport) protocol natively.

From an Industry 4.0 perspective, a company has numerous plants, machinery, and/or devices that generate a lot of data, often at a high frequency. Such data is extremely valuable and constitutes a real corporate asset. Indeed, it is precisely thanks to this data that valuable strategic analyses can be performed retrospectively, as well as predictive (forecast) analyses.

Therefore, it is necessary to store, preserve, and historically record this data reliably.

Thanks to HyperQUEUE, it is possible to store this data permanently in a simple way, in the Real Comm Cloud, with the guarantee of an ISO 27001 certified service.

The HyperQUEUE service is fully compliant with the GDPR (European Privacy Regulation 2016/679).

Message architecture at the factory from an Industry 4.0 perspective

Hyper QUEUE is implemented through:

  • MQTT Broker
  • Permanent Storage
  • Web interface
  • API for interfacing

The data stored in HyperQUEUE can then be used and analyzed at any time, using any Business Intelligence (BI) solution or specific modules of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and machine learning applications.

Should the plants/machinery/devices in the company not natively support the MQTT protocol, connectors are available to convert the specific protocol (MODBUS, OPC UA, ...) to MQTT.

In this way, interfacing with HyperQUEUE is still guaranteed, and at the same time, the service is in any case based on MQTT, which represents, to date, the most suitable protocol for (I)IOT.

The national Industry 4.0 plan encourages the modernization of Your Company with Hyper Depreciation up to 270%, allowing a minimum tax saving of 40% of the invested capital.
