We are thrilled to announce that our innovation project, aimed at developing an AI Chatbot Prototype for the Generation of Real-Time Commercial Offers, has received significant funding from the Friuli Venezia Giulia ERDF Regional Programme 2021-2027, intervention line a1.3.1 “Non-repayable incentive tool for the implementation of Proof of Concept (PoC)”.
Thanks to this support, which includes European Union co-financing, we aim to achieve reduced response times and operating costs, improved customer-company management, and optimized commercial offerings through automation, while ensuring regulatory compliance and data security.
